Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Returns

Reno Computer Co offers a 30-day return policy on all refurbished devices purchased online. Items must be returned in the same condition as received — no physical damage beyond what was disclosed at the time of sale.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was not as described. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Hardware Defects

All refurbished devices are tested before shipment. If a device fails within 30 days due to a hardware defect — not physical damage or misuse — we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

The following are not eligible for return:

• Items damaged by misuse, liquid, or physical impact
• Software issues or password locks set by the customer
• Incompatibility with third-party accessories

1-Year Hardware Warranty

All refurbished devices carry a 1-year hardware warranty against manufacturing defects and component failure. Warranty does not cover:

• Physical or liquid damage
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Software issues
• Battery degradation from normal use
