Repair Deposit

Upon check-in we require a $59 non-refundable deposit ($99 for custom PCs). A $29 analysis fee will be charged where deep analysis is needed. The remainder of the deposit goes toward the final cost of the repair. If the original repair agreement changes, we will contact you before moving forward.

Warranty on Repairs

All repairs come with a warranty on parts and labor. If the same issue recurs within the warranty period, we will re-repair at no additional cost.

Refurbished Devices

All used and refurbished computers come with a 1-year hardware guarantee. Storage mediums (hard drives, SSDs) are excluded from this guarantee.

Data Responsibility

We are not responsible for data loss during the repair process. We recommend backing up your data before bringing in your device. We will make every effort to preserve your data but cannot guarantee it in all repair scenarios.

Abandoned Devices

Devices not picked up within 30 days of completed repair will be considered abandoned. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you before disposing of or recycling the device.
